About Us

Imperial Management Inc. was established in 1993, by Russell D. Waymire. Russell Waymire was a real estate developer, constructing commercial projects, single family housing and multi-family housing. He personally developed, owned and managed six apartment complexes in Fountain and Warren counties. Imperial Management, Inc. remains a small locally owned and operated company, with Dayleann Waymire  as President and owner.

 

Our office is located in Attica, Indiana, and it serves as the headquarters of Imperial Management.   An experienced local staff manages the rental of apartments, accounting, and maintenance. In addition, our staff is experienced with  HUD Section 8 vouchers, USDA Rural Development Rental Assistance, ADA requirements, Fair Housing requirements and federal, state and local housing requirements.

 

We strive to provide affordable, well-maintained, safe and friendly  housing to our tenants.
